In the parking garage at Valby Maskinfabrik, we have just installed electric charging stations at 40 parking spaces in collaboration with Clever. This means that in the future, you can charge your electric car in the parking garage under Valby Maskinfabrik.

Please follow the instructions on the signs and check availibility in Clever's app.

We welcome Fit & Sund to new premises at Frederikssundsvej 274 D, where spaces have been set up for reformer training for Fit & Sund's clients. The space is an expansion of their existing lease at Kobbelvænget 74.

Evidensia has just moved into one of our retail spaces at Frederikssundsvej 272 and opens its doors to customers today. We have worked closely with Evidensia to renovate and design 390 square meters into a store and animal clinic.

In collaboration with Aerospace, we have arranged the superb lease at Valby Maskinfabrik. We warmly welcome them to their new lease on the ground floor and the 1st floor, where they have a total of 1,236 square meters.

We have, as of November 29, 2023, sold our recently completed residential development in Brønshøj, Kobbelvænget/Gadelandet, consisting of 361 units, all of which are leased through Home Sydhavnen & Projektsalg. Moving forward, all property management will be handled by DEAS.

We have just finished rebuilding the riding hall at Aggersvold Gods and are thus expanding with further 49 rooms, which gives us a total room capacity of 100. Renovations are still ongoing on the estate in the Machine House, the tile shed and some outdoor areas.
