On Poul Reichhardts Vej in Valby we have 107 parking spaces in the covered and locked parking garage for parking cars or motorcycles. It is possible to rent a fixed space in the ground floor, basement or 2nd floor with a chip system.
The parking garage is located just off Gl. Køge Landevej, close to Ny Ellebjerg train station and not far from the market 'Grønttorvet'.
You can also use the parking cellar for storing other vehicles, such as sports cars, vintage cars, convertibles and motorcycles. Several tenants are already using our parking facilities for this very purpose.
The height limit for the descent to the parking facility is 2 meters in basement and ground floor and 2.70 meters on 2nd floor.

How to set up a monthly rent:
- Send an email to Christoffer Stevnss at cvs@dfe.dk with the following information: name, address, email, phone number, car brand/model and registration plate information as well as floor and date of your requested parking. Please include in the subject line that it concerns parking in "Valby Have".
- Once we have received your information, a lease and drawing will be prepared, which you will receive for digital signature (with NemID).
- Your first monthly rent needs to be paid.
- Key tag will be handed out physically at our office as soon as signature and payment are received.

Private person: DKK 1,038,- per month incl. VAT
Commercial tenant: DKK 831,- per month excl. VAT
Ground floor and basement (with roof)
Private person: DKK 1,147,- per month incl. VAT
Commercial tenant: DKK 918,- per month excl. VAT
Termination notice current month + 30 days. Minimum rental period is 1 month.
