Purchase of property in Brønshøj
DFE has purchased the properties Frederikssundsvej 272-278, Gadelandet 20, and Kobbelvænget 72-74 in Brønshøj. We plan to run an office hotel in some of the buildings and build new homes on other sites of the property.

In May 2017, De Forenede Ejendomsselskaber A/S purchased a commercial property in Høffdingsvej 34 in Valby, close to Valby Maskinfabrik. The property, consisting of about 14,000 sqm business, has been renovated externally with new windows and facades.
Office Hotel Valby is operating in the property.
