Once again this year, the Aggersvold Concours was held at Aggersvold Manor to the great delight of many car enthusiasts. All proceeds from the event go to the Danish Cancer Society.

The City of Copenhagen has in 2025 taken over 3,886 m² of commercial lease space in our property at Høffdingsvej 34. The City will use the premises for an autism center. The takeover also means that our office hotel, Officehotel, will close at this address.

This year, we have chosen to donate 100,000 DKK to the Danish Children's Helpline 'BørneTelefonen' to support their important work in ensuring the well-being of our children.

Nettoline is our newest tenant in Brønshøj, and they have recently moved into our retail space at Frederikssundsvej.

DFE have purchased The French School in Frederiksberg and have taken over the property as of today. We are excited to begin the project on the property, which will be developed from the district plan into, among other things, housing.

Our existing tenant at another address, Ecolab, is moving into the 2nd floor of 707 square meters in Valby Maskinfabrik. Thus, our property 'Kranførerhuset' is fully leased out.
