We offer parking spaces on ground as well as in a new underground parking facility with license plate recognition. The parking spaces can be rented by residential- and commercial leasers on hourly or monthly basis.
Parking facilities close to Valby Train Station
We have over 800 parking spaces divided between outdoor spaces and in our newly build basement parking in the area of Valby Maskinfabrik located between Vigerslev Allé and Gammel Køge Landevej close to Toftegårds Plads and only 5 minutes walk from Valby Station.
You choose whether you want to park on an hourly basis via APCOA Flow or whether you want to rent a floating or assigned space on a monthly basis. The basement is newly built, light and well-functioning with license plate recognition.
The height limit for the descent to the parking basement is 1.90 meters.

How to set up monthly rent for a floating parking space:
Renting a floating space gives you permission to park on any of the vacant spaces in the area (unless otherwise indicated).
1. Go to www.apcoaflow.dk
2. Search for "Valby Maskinfabrik" in "Search for parking spaces"
3. Select parking facilities according to area code 3715 (parking basement under Rema 1000 and Netto) or 3714 (parking basement under the green area) (see the area code on our map)
4. Click on "Rent a parking space" and then follow the instructions
5. When choosing your product, select Monthly Parking if you are a private individual.

Floating space
Private person: DKK 816,- per month incl. VAT
Commercial tenant: DKK 1,003,- per month excl. VAT
Assigned space
Private person: DKK 1,741,- per month incl. VAT
Commercial tenant: DKK 1,393,- per month excl. VAT
Renting an assigned space gives you permission to park on the same space with an attached sign. Please note! There may be differences in the rules for the assigned parking spaces. We refer to the applicable rules stated in the area.
The prices apply to both parking spaces in the basement and on-street parking.
