DFE's business areas
We develop and rent out residential property, office space, retail units and parking facilities to private and commercial customers.
We manage rental properties in new property developments, as well as in existing property. Our portfolio consists of many projects including Nimbusparken, Valby Maskinfabrik, Kvistgårdhusene, Kobbelvænget, and more.
In addition to this, we run the designer hostel Danhostel Copenhagen City in Europahuset in the centre of Copenhagen; a 17 floor tall building offering spacious rooms and penthouse apartments for backpackers, families as well as school groups.
In Valby and Brønshøj, we also operate Officehotel - a fully serviced office hotel with honest pricing and all necessities included.
In Jyderup, and hour by car from Copenhagen, we run Aggersvold Estate, which is rented out for meetings and events as well as a hotel during holiday periods. The estate also includes a sawmill, rental housing and a larger forest area.
Our administrational and rental departments, which are located at Østerbro in Copenhagen, is responsible for administrating our properties and handles all sale and lease of commercial and residential properties.
Our experienced construction department manages renovation, development and interior design that meets the needs and requests of our tenants, but with respect for the character of the building, history and area.
